Voice agent settings

These settings control the local-bridge Deepgram voice agent (driven over Google Voice) on outbound and inbound calls. The alternative ElevenLabs ConvAI · Twilio cloud path has its own agent prompt/voice, version-controlled in convai/agent_configs/ and provisioned from Settings → Integrations; pick either path per call from the Outbound agent tab in the call center.

Outbound call path

Which agent places outbound calls. This is saved and used by the Outbound agent tab in the call center.
