Enter your ElevenLabs workspace key and (first time only) your Twilio account credentials, then provision the cloud cold-outreach agent. The agent is created in your own ElevenLabs workspace via the API — no CLI needed. Twilio SID/token are used once to import your number into ElevenLabs and are never stored.
